How much is shipping?
Standard USPS shipping is $4.99. Orders of $35 or more ship free.
How quickly will my order ship?
Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days. USPS delivery usually takes another 2–5 business days, so most orders arrive within about a week.
Where do you ship?
Heather Found It currently ships within the United States only.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. You’ll get an email with USPS tracking as soon as your order ships.
Returns + Refunds
Can I return something?
Unused items in their original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by you, and original shipping costs are not refundable.
Can earrings be returned?
Earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Reach out within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. I’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping. You won’t need to send the damaged or incorrect item back.
What if my package looks lost?
If your tracking has not updated in 10 days, contact me and I’ll help make it right.
Orders
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it has not shipped yet. Contact me as soon as possible. Orders usually ship within 1–2 business days.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Contact me right away. If the order has already shipped and is returned because of an incorrect address, it can be re-shipped, but the new shipping cost will be your responsibility.
